Based in Rhode Island and serving the New England area, we specialize in mobile bartending for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and everything in between. Whether you’re hosting 20 or 200 guests, our team ensures your bar setup is seamless, stylish, and full of personality.

Our dry hire model includes our stunning mobile bar setup, expert bartenders, signage, and a fully curated cocktail menu. You provide the alcohol and mixers—we’ll handle the rest. We also offer add-ons like day of content creation, custom signage, and options to rent the bar or bartenders individually.

Darby Brook is named after the neighborhood where our founder, Hallynd, grew up in a small Virginia town. It’s a name rooted in warmth, nostalgia, and a little bit of Southern charm.

Our team is small but mighty, with expert mixologist Kayla crafting the drinks and Madi keeping our socials as fresh as our cocktails. Together, we bring personality, polish, and unforgettable service to every event.
